You can have protein bars, all kinds of nuts, baked vegetable chips, whole wheat sandwich if too hungry, fuit yogurt for those ice cream or sweet cravings.
Just make sure you don't lie awake from feeling too full :)
 
Raw nuts with cinnamon sprinkled on is GREAT and it helps me stay "ketogenic."
Greek yogurt with blueberries (lots)...
Dates dipped in natural peanut/almond butter...
Any juice/smoothie option you have on hand - just remember the 80/20 rule!
 
I like to have vegetables and fruits, but also nuts (but careful with the portions, they contain lots of calories) or sometimes I snack on cheese, because I just love cheese ;) What I also recently tried for the first time are chickpeas made in the oven with some spices - really delicious!
 
Yes of course. You can eat microgreens which are very healthy and will also fill your stomach. They come in different flavors, taste delicious and very easy to prepare. You can prepare microgreen salad, use it in smoothies or eat them raw as well. Try once, you will love it!!!
