Firstly i would like to say hello to everyone, i`m new here and also new to training with free weights, i have used machines before, but with the minimum of experience, i never had a training regime, just used to mix it up, i now live out of town and it`s too much hassle getting there so i got my self an adjustable bench, bumb bells and a bar bell, with weights, any way what i`m asking is could anybody help me make a training plan/table out, as i really don`t know how to go about it, i`m wanting to bulk up and tone my upper body, also any tips on what protein drinks are good would be much appreciated
