Any help to lose weight!

"Has anyone heard of them? Used them. Good/Bad/Evil/Ineffective?

I diet + exercise, but I do have some limited physical issues, which limits how hard I can do cardio for weight loss.

I work with docs every week, and although I look totally normal for anyone my age (height/weight), my spine would prefer if there were less of me to lug around all day!

So I'm looking for some additional help............ got any?

(I took a Nutrition class at the local community college, and recently bought a recumbant bike, which I ride faithfully, etc etc)"
