any advice

im 6'2 300 pounds
atm ive cut down my calorie intake to about 1200 i life weights about 45 mins a day monday trough friday i take 5gms of creatine a day and drink a 60 gm protein shake after i workout
 
cardio, every day walk, bike, anything just get some cardio going, I am 6'1 and went from 388 to now being 360 and my calorie intake is about same as yours but I am doing lots of cardio ontop of my gym workout.

You need more calories than this, especially with the exercise you're doing.
