I have a problem. When I get home from work and working out for an hour or so, I want to eat as soon as I come in. I will even eat dinner later on! I don't know what to do and need help controlling this! Any Advice?iggy:
Make s ure you have enough calories in the day tobe able to eat.....
There is nothing wrong with eating at night... it's a myth that eating after x hour c auses weight gain -it might show a scale fluctuation but not actual weight gain... so plan your day better...
People are often hungry after a work-out and its often recommended that you eat if you had a strenuous workout.
I sometimes have the same problem in the evening, starving after a long day, especially if I'm getting home late from work. Is it possible to somehow have your dinner as soon as you get home rather than later so you can avoid a snack and the extra calories? Maybe just for a time while you're trying to lose your weight while you need to cut more calories than when you're just trying to maintain.
I may try 1. Eating dinner as soon as I get home, or 2. Eating a small snack, like a piece of fruit, and then eating my dinner, so I am not so hungry later. Thanks for the suggestions! They are very helpful!
