ok heres my situation:
im 20 years old 5'6 150 and im as big as i want to get. im looking to get as cut as possible now. i still workout about 4 days a week the same way ive been doing for the two years ive been lifting: 3-4 exercises of 15,12,10,8 reps then i run on an elliptical for 30-45 minutes. my diet is usually eggs, potatoes, a lot of chicken, tuna, pasta...any advice or suggestions? thanks.
