Another weight loss story begins...

I weigh 210 lbs, I'm only 5'5.

But I'm determined to lose the weight that has plagued me my entire life. No more. :]

1st Goal: 180 by June.

2nd Goal: 140 by December

That shouldn't be too big of a goal right? Wish me luck? :]

So Day 1:

Food so far in the day: 2 Bannanas, An Apple.

Planned food for tonight: Stirfry of Whole Wheat Pasta and Veggies. And Soy sauce for the taste - one without High Fructose Corn Syrup of course XD

Did 30 mins on Treadmill, 30 on this Sprint thingie ( REALLY HARD :[:[ :]) and 15 on the bike. Did a Cardio class and a round of weight training stuff. :]

I feel good. XD

P.S. I started the gym last week, but I didn't think about finding a forum. So technically this is like day 5. :] But I figure it's Day 1 on Forum :] So I'll keep this as my Day One.

Welcome! I'm 5'5" also and our starting weight and goal weight are pretty close. Your goals look reasonable to me. Are you tracking calories at all?

And no I hadn't been, but that's probably a good start - I guess from now on I will be :] Today though I did notice that every ten mins I did on the sprint thing was 86 calories burned. So I did about 172 just on that.

I hope you reach your goal weight! :]:] We both will, I'm sure of it XD
