Another question!!!! Period and weight loss

Okay so whenever I get my period my weight loss just stops completely for that whole week even if I was to eat nothing all day and exercise all day it wouldn't budge. Then when my period is over my weight loss goes back to normal.
(My diet is healthy I walk few hours daily I have low calorie intake)
I read a lot how u gain a few pounds of water weight on ur period and u lose it after but this is not the same thing I'm talking about so pls don't comment that
Because I don't gain any water weight it's just that I don't lose anything at all no matter my diet and even when the period is done I don't lose any water weight so wat is happening to all the calories I burned that entire week?????? Pls let me know cuz I'm just confused
 
Your Metabolism is affected by your changing hormone levels. However During the Follicular phase is a good time to work towards building strength and if Your doing body re-composition building muscle size. Fat Loss is easier during the luteal phase.

Care should be taken exercising during ovulation to avoid joint injuries.
