Another ol' guy trying to stay fit

Just joined today, interested in sharing ideas will my fellow fitness folks. I particularly enjoy Spinning, cycling (road bikes) and do some strength training. I am working very hard at maintaining my weight and staying fit so that I can live to be 100 and still working out. I have been Spinning for about 4-1/2 years and am looking to become a certified instructor. I have had my road bike for about a year and am registered for my first 'century ride' in April, the Wildflower Century in Central California
