I'm never that good at introductions so I apologise in advance for that. This forum looks really good and I'm excited to get to know some of you here
I'm here (obviously) to lose weight. Night is my downfall, I tend to binge a lot on sweets & rubbish at nights. Or when I'm out with friends I tend to eat a lot as well. Trying my best to lose weight. I lost about a stone recently but I've put half a stone back on again. Trying really hard and hoping with the support of this forum I can get to my goal weight!
