Another newcomer

Hey everyone,


I'm never that good at introductions so I apologise in advance for that. This forum looks really good and I'm excited to get to know some of you here :) I'm here (obviously) to lose weight. Night is my downfall, I tend to binge a lot on sweets & rubbish at nights. Or when I'm out with friends I tend to eat a lot as well. Trying my best to lose weight. I lost about a stone recently but I've put half a stone back on again. Trying really hard and hoping with the support of this forum I can get to my goal weight!
 
Hi ClubLemon, I hope you're doing well with your weight loss. Evenings are tough for me too but if I fill up on lots of vegies I just need a little sweet fix at the end so have dried fruit. Might be worth a try. Good luck. Max.
 
My downfall as well is eating at night and with friend/family get togethers! eating at night is a toughy....do you eat breakfsat? i found that eating breakfast and eating all day i wasnt as hungry at night, and if its late then i usualy just go to bed instead of eating and have big breakfsat. eating out is also a hard one, maybe try to pick places you know serve healthy options?
