Another newbie

Hey guys, guess another newbie in the house :hurray:

Anyway, i just wanted to say yeah, im about to go into the procedure of loosing weight. I started off yesterday, but really i havn't set any record yet

So, at the moment i am 5'11 and weigh about 265 pounds which is wayyy too much.

So yeah, i cut down on the sugary drinks fast food, but i started eating much more fruit, 4 today :hurray:

Any help along the way would help thanks

I just joined today as well. I was supposed to start my new regimen on October 1st but it didn't work out as well as I'd hoped. Monday seems like a much more reasonable day than Friday to start, right?

Hey Arsenal, so what are the chances... I'm also 5 11 and i started at 265 pounds.. I've been doing this weight loss thing since August 16.. and now im at 237.. It goes by very fast.. try to make it your new lifestyle and dont think of it as a "diet" (in the terms of .. great i have to eat this apple instead of eating a brownie, personnaly i think apples actually taste better lol)... Anyways I just find it pretty cool how we both started with the same "stats"..

This is how I did it, if you want to know.. I started by just cutting all the crap food i was eating, i cut out all pops and coffee and sugary juices.. i've been drinking green tea (just the regular stuff, not the LOSE 10 POUNDS A WEEK IF YOU DRINK THIS TEA..lol) .. and just eating healthier in general.. then about 4 weeks later i realized that i needed to start exercising more.. so now I do 2 cardio workouts a week (3k in 20 mins roughly), and one gym workout a week..
