Another newbie!

Hello!

My name is Liz. I am 24 years old. I have 2 children, the youngest being 3 1/2 months old. I would not allow the nurses tell me my weight during my pregnancy, only what I had gained because the truth would just be too depressing. I have been on a low calorie diet for about a month and a half now, so I decided it was time to know my weight. I was shocked. After being smacked in the face with reality, I thought it was time to find some support.

I've been consuming about 2000 calories a day. That's a lot less than what I was consuming. I was starting to feel lighter until I bought the latin dance excercise program called Core Rhythms because it looked fun, but it just made me feel even fatter. It's hard to get real excercise in becuase I don't have a stroller for my kids, and my husband is always tired when he comes home from work. Even when I was doing the Core Rhythms, the kids would interrupt me every 5 minutes, literally. lol

I've been on the low carb diet, and I lost a few pounds. I used to do pilates and nibble on crackers and drink water daily (bad, yes i know) - I didn't lose a pound. Not one. I even went as far as taking Redline. They didn't do a thing to me.

I don't like feeling this heavy. I just want to feel normal again.

Well, I read something about diaries, so I'm gonna go check them out. :)
