I'm Beryl, and am on my way down from 216 to 135 pounds, using portion control and exercise...no fad or crazy diets...been there, done that failed every time!
Beryl, sounds great. I like hearing success stories.
I've been more than 7 kgs up from my present weight as well, and I did jogging and swimming for a long while.
I hit a plateau and am trying to come off it.
