Another Newbie

Hi,
I'm Beryl, and am on my way down from 216 to 135 pounds, using portion control and exercise...no fad or crazy diets...been there, done that failed every time!:doh:

What kind of exercise are you planning on doing?
 
Beryl, sounds great. I like hearing success stories.
I've been more than 7 kgs up from my present weight as well, and I did jogging and swimming for a long while.
I hit a plateau and am trying to come off it.
