I just joined and am hoping this will help motivate me to eat healthier and curb my unhealthy eating habits. Also, to exercise more regularly. I'm up a few sizes from my goal. Actually, I'm not even really sure if my goal is a true goal. I'd like to be between a 12-14. Right now I'm a 16, sometimes they're loose, which helps. But I'd like to drop at least a size to maybe a size and a half.
My worst habit? Cream in coffee and tea. I take both light, so extra sinful...
I've switched to 2% milk in coffee recently and drink mostly decaf or regular. Once in a while I'll get a french Vanilla as a treat, but generally I avoid it. Now I have to switch to lowfat milk in my tea. I honestly think that all the cream I was drinking definitely helped with the weight gain, that and a more sedentary lifestyle.
