I am new here. I am here to find other people as support why I lose this extra 20 lbs I have been carrying for almost eight years now.

Yes you will find the support here. I am also a newbie and find reading everyones stories very motivating.

I am starting the cohen's programme in the new year so this forum keeps me interested and motivated till then so i don't become silly and add on another 20kgs(44lbs).:eek:
