Just joined this forum today and ready to get some good info on fat loss and supplementation. Family is prone to diabetes so I'm trying to stay as health as I can!

Spend some time reading around the forum -you'll get plenty of good info -and yo'll find that we're not big fans of packaged weight loss products or weight loss pills... youc an achieve what you want thru diet and exercise.. you don't need to line someone's pockets wiht money
