Hi there! I'm a new member here. A little about me:
I've been physically active for most of my adult life, but still generally have weighed about 250 lbs (that's about 40 lbs overweight for me). I've always liked weights, but have mostly done running in that time, mainly because it's much cheaper and easier. About a year ago, I finally got room in my house and got a bunch of weights and a heavy bag and a speed bag and have been focusing more on weights now. Since then, I've dropped 25 lbs. I've now been at 225 since about June, and am just rallying to try and get rid of that last 15 lbs (always the toughest).
I'm hoping to find a bit of support and advice here to help me out, and hopefully I can help out someone else too.
