Another Loss LBS Thread

Well guys im back and staying on here for a while again.
Name is Edgar I live in Indy

Now I need some advise

Currently im 218 lbs and im on a mission to getting to 200
Im 6'1 in height
Im probably in the gym from 1.5 to 2 hours a day 5 times a week
Doing 30 minutes of cardio on those days

Now I need help putting a diet together.
I work from 7 30 am till 4pm in a warehouse and then head to the gym. What is some advise you guys could give me. What should I be eating etc.
Just trying to gather some info.
