This is just me- not a very good before, but I thought I'd put a face to the words. At least until I can update with an ACTUAL body shot! Holy otters- I'm getting pretty serious about this stuff I think.

ssskinnyjeansss... I don't think that was meant to be critical, but more constructive. When doing before/afters, it's usually better to have a straight on, full body picture for comparison.

Welcome to the site... don't leave... this is a great place for motivation, inspiration and a way to show everyone how you're coming along.
 
She isn't dissing you but honestly as a BEFORE picture.. it's kinda useless. Dont see your body, don't see your face. Wont see a difference with the after picture... Learn to take constructive critique. that said, good luck with everything, be it on using this website or anything else :)

I appreciate your concerns with my photos, and I do understand that I need a full body photo. but I love photography- not taking photographs of myself because I'm not very happy with the way I look. These were the closest thing to body photos I have because i take pictures of other people and things as opposed to myself. As I've stated above; my camera cord is on its way from somewhere in California- until then I just thought I'd post these so people would know who is talking. Just putting a face to the words is all. I was just hurt because I don't see how telling me I wear too much make up will help me lose weight. I'm just asking for some motivation. I probably shouldn't have labelled them my "before" pictures as much as they are my "default" pictures. So thanks to all of you who replied. I'm still learning to motivate myself as I am in the very early stages of weight loss. As soon as my cord is here - you'll be seeing some body! woo!! I warned you! Thanks again everyone! Can't wait to hit the gym today!
