Another attempt at weight loss

hi all,

I am seriously attempting my weight loss again, starting today.

A bit about me: I joined this site in 2010, where I lost 15kg. Probably got to around 90kg, maybe a little less.
Then Over the next couple of years, I put it back on again. And more.

I attempted to lose some more weight in 2013, after I got to about 100kg. I got injured while running and then stopped exercising.

Over the last four or so years, I've slowly been putting on more weight, I'm at 107kg now. Plenty of work, stress, anxiety and depression has got me to this point.

At this very moment, I am feeling pretty good, despite being overweight.

This time I am going to try something different; instead of setting the massive, and unrealistic goal, of losing 40kg in six months, I will focus on one week of strict dieting and exercise. I'll reassess after each week. At this stage I do not have any set number I want to get to, I am looking at it being a change to my lifestyle rather than a diet and exercise.

Height: 165cm
Weight: 107kg
Waist: 125cm
Hip: 112cm
Thighs: 70cm
