Ankle sprain recovery

About 2 months ago i sprained my ankle real bad playing basketball. I had an aircast and all that good stuff, little did i know sometimes a sprain can be pretty damn bad. But it's been two months and it doesnt feel as strong as it did before, and I used to be able to dunk! does anyone know if anyone workouts i can do? it's only now that i've gained the ability to run again and even then i still have a slight limp.

Anyone have ANY advice, workouts, whatever.

Oh and during the past few weeks whenever i've been active i've been wearing an ankle brace
 
It seems like I sprain mine every other time i play. I tore ligaments at least one time and now have scare tissue build up below my ankle. To strenghten mine I work out on a balance board. Stand on one leg and close your eyes, you should be able to stand there for 20 seconds. Try building this and your ankle will become stronger. There are exercises you can do with bands also but the balance exercises seem to work the best and you can do them almost any time, any where.
