I saw some ankle and wrist weights on sale and was very tempted to buy them...
Was just wondering if anyone had any opinion on them... good idea? Waste of money?
I thought they might be good because I don't really do any weight training at all atm and I could wear them when I went running or just during the day and it might help me reduce my bf%?
Also I have slightly dodgy knees -could ankle weights put extra strain on them?
Maybe I should just get wrist weights?
Or would it be much better to use the machines at the gym...? This just seemed like a good way of doing it without taking up more time + I hate the gym and would much rather be running
Anyway, thoughts would be very much appreciated!
