Angela's Diary

Hi my name is Angela and I have wanted to lose weight forever now. I am a current singer and I would love to do modeling on the side. I lack motivation and I lack will power to lose weight. There was a time about a year ago when I would work out 2 times a day/5 days staright. I havent gained up the willpower to do that again. I'd like to. My ideal weight would be 135 and right now I am 165lbs. I could use any advice/help possible. Thanks everyone

Wish me luck! Today I am going to work out for an hour minimum-2 hours MAX. I eat pretty healthy. I have a sweet tooth but I dont binge. My biggest problem right now is I barely work. So I am not exercising and I am not even getting the average daily exercise. I got a new job so standing on my feet should help with that.

You might want to start slower.. like 30 minutes.. then work up to the 2 hours... by starting slower, you're less likely to get discouraged and tired. and you'll stick with it...

Good luck with your new job... being on your feet all day is tough.. wearcomfortable shoes.. :D niceto see you in your diary
