.... and yet another NEW member!

Hi Everyone... I'm still learning my way around the forum and thought I better jump right in! Though I have a love for weight training and have dedicated many years to it, it's been 4 years since I have lost my reason to keep up my training. I went thru a tragedy in my family and I guess my motivation went along with it. But we all know what happens when you sit on your butt and not work out....well its happening and I'm freaking out! I have always been in great shape but slowly and surely it's slipping away! I have the knowledge, I need the motivation!!
