I've needed to lose weight for a long while, I've changed my diet so many times it's just become silly.


My diet is currently


Morning: Some cereal and a small amount of milk

Lunch: some Veg soup, or chicken soup.

Snack at work: some fruit.

After work dinner: Whatever is being cooked haha, Normally something with 2 portions of veg and as little fat as possible.

Later at night: a glass of milk.


Normally all day I'll be drinking a hell of a lot of water.


I'm only looking to slim, nothing else.


If I follow this, will I start to slim or is it pointless?

I haven't read your other posts, but it's a good idea to include your stats in your journal. What's your current height/weight, if you don't mind sharing? What are your goals, do you have a weight you'd like to reach? If you're at your ideal weight already, and you just want to get toned, that's also something you should mention ^^.

Changing your diet can, and will help you slim down. However, if we don't know what you've been eating, and what you're eating now, it's hard to say. You also need to include exercise, especially if you've hit your ideal weight.
