I finally decided to suck it up and post my before pictures so I'll have to stick to my new healthy eating habits. I didn't realize how big I'd gotten until I saw these pictures from halloween (don't mind the bottom part of my butt). I'm 22 years old and I'm sick of feeling like my body isn't my own. I started at 227 but have already gotten down to 217. I recently started a vegan diet and working out at LEAST 4 times a week and it seems to be working great. Now I've just gotta keep going.
***Edit*** No longer a vegan but eating very healthy with lots of veggies and meatless alternatives. I actually gained about 10+ more lbs to boost me up above my high weight to 238, but down to 218 and feeling good. Just gotta keep it up now!
