Anabolic or Keto Diet

I've heard a lot of great things from people about these diets.

Basically <30g of carbs a day, and pure protien/fat in your diet.

My only question is, does that mean you can eat as many eggs, fish, and meat as you want? is there a calorie cap?

Anyone have any experience with this diet?
 
For keto:

Food intake of 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs. Some people go as low as 20g in the beginning.

There isn't a calorie cap, but of course don't binge. Eat until you're full then stop.
