I've planned a 2 weeks 'diet' , well known as plank or planck diet !
Before deciding to start this plan I've checked my wealth status and ask the permission of my doctor :)

It will be a high-protein diet, but it will last only 2 weeks so that it can't affect my wealth status and what's more is that it will allow only 900-1000 kcal.
Please don't use this plan at your own if you have hearth problems or other desease cause it's dangerous! I know what I'm going to do in the next 2 weeks, it's a must for me try to gradually reduce carboidrats-eating (here in italy we eat too much carbo :( , got to rehab :p )

I'll register also my daily exercises :coolgleamA:
