An Inch

I work my biceps + triceps twice a week, I do 5/5 hammer curls 5/5 curls and usually 100 push ups. I'm taking Kre-Alkalyn, l-glutamine, and probably will start tribulus soon. How long do you think it will take to gain one inch on them? Anything else you suggest I do to see results?
 
Only twice a week?

Well, that's hard to say. Truthfully, the best answer I can give you is if you do it around 3 or 4 times a week, you'll see results quicker.
 
I once heard that an inch on your arms = 10lb of lean muscle mass added... Dunno how true it is, but when I wanted big bi's & tri's I think i got an inch in 3 months (and they got more defined)..
 
I try to eat 2400 calories a day. I should have clarified... I only exclusively work my biceps + tris 2x a week. They get a work out on chest and shoulder day too. I do 3 day splits. So I work them 3 times a week doing compound lifts.
