For those of you with babies and toddlers who cant really go to the gym when you feel like it bcos of the responsibility, why not try this:
Start lifting your child! You can do deadlifts, front squats, bent over rows, floor presses, clean and heaves, weighted situps, swings (be careful!), MB Slams (only joking) etc etc
The beauty of it is that as u get stronger the baby will get heavier and u will continue to challenge yourself and not plateau out. Plus babies love the motion of some of these exercises!
