an embarrassed teacher...

I've known for a long time that I was overweight. I have even tried several times to lose the weight.
But, when a kindergartener told me the I have a "big, fat tummy" in front of the whole class...it was the kick I needed.
I have set an appointment with a place called professional weight management to help me out. I go on Monday.
I figured it would also help to have people to talk to, without feeling embarrassed, so here I am.

I teach music.....and you just wait, a few months from now with your new lifestyle in place and you'll be hearing your darlin' cherubs saying a whole bunch of new charming lines like 'You look great!' or 'You look so skinny!' Trust me, my cherubs come out with the darnest things!
