Sport amount of powder

my whey protien powder says one scoop and supposed to have 25g of protein. my question is can i use 2 scoops. i read that the body can only use like 50g of protien per meal.
is this correct? i have been using 2 scoops plus milk for a long time now. to get like 50-60g per serving. i weigh 230lbs and lift heavy so i need alot of protein. its just hard to ingest 250g a day of protien.

my protien comes from other sources as well.
thanks for any advice. i just dont want to be wasting expensive powder.

no one knows for sure how much protein we can take per meal. 30 grams, 50 grams, 70 grams; everyone will react differently. i'd say 2 scoops is fine for 230lbs.
