I was thinking of signing up in this forum 2 weeks back
but then I actually started making the effort
and then one big party one late night stay over and its back to square one
a combination of an ankle injury a spell of sickness and mostly lethargy and excuses has made me gain approx 30 pounds
so the mission is to lose 5 punds a week
the weapons are the same
lots of fluid
combinbation of yoga ,weights and cardio
at least 5 times a week
and an absolute no to all fried and all sweets
no matter what
I willt ry and keep this blog updated at least 5 times a week
I like most people have a lot of work etc
and as the only smart thing that Bush said was if the president of the United states finds time to exercise I am sure all of us can
I plan to drink at least 5 litres of water a day
do all the stuff that people talk about
i gotta do this
anmd i gotta do this fast
will keep folks out there updated
why fast - coz the faster it goes the better it feels!!
