I have been working out pretty consistantly for 2+ years.
However.
I work full time and now go to school full time so I have no time!
Right now I am averaging getting 1-2 workouts in per week when I use to easily get 3 FBW in.
Am I wasting my time by only doing 1 workout per week? It's becoming harder and harder for me to even do my 1 or 2 workouts per week cause I just feel like I'm not doing anything and my motivation is no longer there.
Another thing is I am not eating like I should be due to lack of time. I have already dropped 10 lbs in 3 months (6'2" am now 170lbs)
