Am I taking on too much protein?

Just a thought, I've heard bad things about having too much daily protein. I'm currently trying to put on some lean muscle mass, working on Bi/Triceps, Chest, back and neck.

Here's my daily diet:

Breakfast
Corn Cereal, Boiled Egg
Whey-Protein Shake

Snack at work
Banana, orange

Lunch
Tuna Sandwiches
Cold meats (ham, chicken)
Whey-Protein Shake

Snack
Whey Protein Shake.

Dinner
Varies, almost always hot meats incorporated.

Enough protein? Too much? Not enough?

Ditch the breakfast shake and up your egg white intake.

Ditch the fruit and replace with the shake from earlier.

Ditch the shake from lunch.

Make sure you are taking protein (turkey, chicken, lean mince) at dinner.

Work out your calorie requirements for the day and see what you are currently at and where you need to be.

Where do your workouts fit into that?

Thanks.

Fly the workout is always in the early evening, and three times a week. I lift an hour before dinner on Mon, Weds, Fri.

Calorie wise I've not been keeping track of things, just eating lean meats little and often. My aim is to gain some lean muscle in the areas I mentioned, I've a little fat around my middle but I'm no more than few pounds over.

Height: 6'2
Weight: ~15.2st.

I'll stick a pic in the photo section later, I've made some progress.

Whats the BF%?

Trust me when I say this as someone who is also cutting, when your diet is 95% or above in check, everything seems easier.

If you struggle, and can spare a few quid, I know a guy who can make it all a lot clearer ;)

not enough protein. I eat 5 egg whites and 2 yolks every morning for breakfast, adn two hours later have a 50g protein shake (double serving).

1g of protein per pound of body mass.
