Am I Overdoing It?

Hi there guys! :)

I'm 16 years old, and my BMI is probably about 26% right now. :( 5 months ago it was 19%, but there was complications and time constraints so I am back to working out now!

My typical workout schedule:

(I work out no longer than 1:30 a day, 6x a week max)
- Stretch for 15 minutes
- Plank 1 minute
- 20 push ups
- Cardio 20-50 minutes, 2-5 miles per day w/a heart rate average of 178-182 6x a week max
- Do muscle groups i.e. 3 sets of 25 lunges, 25 squats, 2 minute wall sit followed by 15 minute glut workout (I would do every other day lower, upper, with abs every day) 4x a week max
- 1 hour low intensity yoga 2x a week max
* Length of muscle group workout would depend upon length and intensity of cardio workout
- Stretch 10 minutes, longer if needed
* excluded cool down

I also ride horses 2x a week for an hour, HR probably about 120-135.

What do you guys think? Suggestions, tips; they're all welcome!

Thanks for reading! :)

What about your diet? It really does not matter whether you lose your weight, gaining muscle or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you must focus on your diet.

The food you eat is important because it provides you with your daily essential nutrients and vitamins to keep your body functioning properly.

A healthy diet and exercise program are complementary to one another and are essential for improving or maintaining good health.
