Am I overdoing it? other advice?

I've been working out steadily for the past 2-3 months, 4-5 days a week.
Each day to begin my workout I start with 30 mins of cardio on the crosstrainer.
I rotate my days of working out seperate muscles.
Chest-triceps
Back-shoulders-biceps
Legs

I know for sure I've been overdoing my abs as I've been doing them at the end of every single workout, not giving them time to rest I assume eh?

Anyways, I'm a broke college kid and my diet reflects that. I eat as well as I can but every once inawhile some fast food junk gets in there. I also take daily vitamins and a whey/creatine shake before and after working out.

Now for some personal info:
20 yrs old
160 lbs 5'10
no idea my body fat %

My goals are gaining muscle mass and becoming cut...lots of muscle definition.

I do 3 sets and keep my reps 10 and under, always trying to push the limit. Starting back in a few weeks I'll be back in a summer adult mens Ice Hockey league that plays once a week.

Any advice? should I be doing abs every other day instead of everyday?
Should I be doing less/more cardio?

Is it possible to gain muscle mass and become cut? or do I really have to choose one or the other?

What exercises are you doing on training days? I doubt you'll gain mass and definition unless you're an absolute beginner. Do heavy ab work on your legs day. Cut the cardio if you want to bulk easier, or keep it to stay fit for hockey.
