I often have trouble figuring out whether I feel hungry, or if it's some other cause for my stomach to not feel right.
For instance today, I am having cramps from my period, and I think that they are effecting the way my stomach feels in otehr areas, so I feel like I'm hungry.
My question is, how do you tell the difference? How do you personally know if you're feeling hungry,or if it's something else?
