am i ever gonna lose it?

I am just wondering even if i keep dieting no cheating which i havnt been for a while and biking 4 miles 6 days a week if i will ever actually lose all my fat..because to me right now it doesnt look like i am and its kinda depressing i mean the weight is going down by the week like 1-2 pounds but doesnt show that well. My legs are gettin very very muscular but nothing looks to be losing fat.
 
Don't worry it takes time. dont get down. stay motivated, watch your diet, keep up that bike riding. so far ive lost 10lbs (4-5 weeks to do so) and i cant see any differences...but i know that ive lost it with body fat% tests, scales and also pants getting too big!!!

But just stay focused. once you start to be able to physically tell you're losing weight..it will look like its melting off!!
 
im sorry i know i have prlly asked this before but is it bad eating around 10-11 at night cuz i dont eat big suppers or anything so i get hungry late at night and i dont go to bed till 1-2 o'clock

"Oh And Thanks for repleying apperciate it..i am modivated i wont lose it i mean i dont mind at all riding my bike n crap but its just i guess i like expect to see results after 3-4 weeks ya know
 
well you can pretty much calculate it yourself. If you're lossing 2 pounds of fat a week (which is pretty good :D) and you want to lose 40 pounds of fat (just per example) then it'll take you 20 weeks to loose it.

If you were to lose all your fat, you would die :)

Really, though, stick with it, you're on track. You may want to take a closer look at your body fat % rather than just your weight to make sure you're burning 1-2 lbs of FAT and not 1-2 lbs of fat and MUSCLE. Endurance riders tend to burn a lot of muscle, giving them very small frames - though maybe that's what you'd prefer?
 
You gotta stick with it and just let it be!! I've seen you post many times which is good but you need to relax and just let it be! U cant conrol it much more than you already are ... i wish i lost weight quicker too and at least your loosing 1-2lbs a week! I'm not really loosing any weight but i can tell my fat is being burned for sure. And as i remember you are like 15?? OMG!! You have years of obsessing over this if you already obsess this much :) Its kinda like this quote i love ... "happiness is not a destination its a way of travel" ... you can't be saying i'll be happy when i loose 5 lbs or when i weigh this much b/c what are you going to stop working out then and then wait to get fat again so you can loose it again u know? So i guess lets alter that quote a bit for you to think about "healthiness is a way of travel not a destination" :) Good luck .. just stick with it!
 
OH i will stick with it and yea Fil i do want a small body frame i want to be completely thin so in the summer i can wear bikini or something i dont want no gut anymore or big legs i mean my legs are slimming down. I wont give up i promise ...I hope you know what i mean by wanting a small frame i mean i dont want to be skin n bones but skinny. Also i will stop eating 3 hours before bed im sure i can fight the hunger im strong like that ; ). Also i forgot to add i have no way to really tell my body fat %.

Today I actually got to do 5 miles on my bike instead of 4 and also i got to walk over a mile and jogged about a little bit close to a half mile..i could have done the whole thing but i was running with someone else and i didnt want them to feel bad ya know??

I'm Starting to get used to riding my bike so now when i have 4 miles in and down i can do more my legs are gettin stronger n i can handle going up them hills alot more
