I am just wondering even if i keep dieting no cheating which i havnt been for a while and biking 4 miles 6 days a week if i will ever actually lose all my fat..because to me right now it doesnt look like i am and its kinda depressing i mean the weight is going down by the week like 1-2 pounds but doesnt show that well. My legs are gettin very very muscular but nothing looks to be losing fat.
