Soooo....you're lifting free weights and doing all those push ups and sit ups?

Hmm... you do all that in an hour? Seems like a lot in only an hour, I do about 160 lifts in an hour in 18 sets. I don't understand how you do 300 lifts, pushups, and crunches with 100 situps in just an hour. Maybe try adding some weight for the freeweights and cut out the pushups, do bench press. As for the crunches I would recommend maybe using some weight unless you just want toned, flat abs. Also make sure with doing all those crunches/situps that you do excercises to strenghtne your back such as good mornings and maybe rows. Seems like a lot of working out I'd maybe try and do around 10 rep sets depending on what you are aiming for with the free weights and cut down your lifts to maybe 125-175 range. For bulking go for less reps in your sets which would mean less lifts but yeah, it seems like the weights you are using are too light if you can do 300 lifts in that short of a time span.
