Am I doing the correct things??

I've been quite demoralized with the excess fats on my cheeks,underarms, as well as belly..
I've tried several exercises but they don't seems to cut my weight and size down.. Recently I've been doing these exercises;
Pushup x12 (6 reps)
Bench-dip x12 (6 reps)
Bicep-curl x12 (8Kg- 3 reps)
Single-front arm raise x12 (5.5Kg 3 reps)
Crunches x12 (6 Reps)

Been doing it for 2 weeks, was hoping to see at least a slight change.. But so far there's none. I know it takes time to cut down the fats..

But just wanna know if I'm doing the right exercises.. I'm too busy to hit the gym, just had a dumb-bell to work-out on at home during night before my sleep. I know jogging is one of the best exercise there is to give.. but it really takes discipline to constantly jog and slim down..

I don't feel confident about my body whenever I were to take them off and I'm self-conscious until the extend that whenever I slouch, I'm afraid that people might see my belly sticking out or something.. really getting paranoid..

I need advices..

Loosing weight is mostly about eating less calories. You can not out exercise a bad diet! Loosing fat instead of LBM (lean body mass) is about exercising enough to stimulate hormonal changes that make the body loose fat and retain/gain LBM. The most effective exercises for that are those that work the largest muscles/muscle groups: squats, deadlifts, rows, pullups/downs pushups/bench press, overhead presses and as you noted running.

So I just have to cut down on my daily food intake like calories and the result will be noticeable in weeks?

My love handle is a big problem, and it seems that the fat is coming from the side of my back..
