Weight Loss: A little bit science, a little bit magic
Keep in mind that the calculations used to determine how much food you should eat are an ESTIMATE.
You are unique. Frustrated, but unique.
You also know your body better than any doctor/weight loss guru/scientist.
My two cents:
Keep aiming for high volume / low calorie foods - fibrous veggies as opposed to granola bars.
Depending upon you physical fitness - look at HIIT training - I have a couple of posts on my blog.
water, water, water - ice cold and lots of it - I know it sounds crazy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Judith Beck
PGX fiber supplement - The only weight loss supplement I ever recommend - stay away from the stimulants
Carb dense meals early in the day - veggies after lunch
Healthy oils - fish oils - 1 tbsp a day - pharmaceutical grade only - don't buy the cheap ones
You may even want to look at food sensitivities - either get a blood test from a nutritionist / homeopath / naturopathic doctor
Good luck - dieting sucks - I know, I am 1 week into a 6 week diet program right now
