Alrighty, I'm finally willing to do this so here goes nothing

I can't find any pictures at my highest weight, being 265 (go figure, I avoided cameras as much as possible). This first picture is somewhere around 250, taken in the middle of March.
The last 2 are of my weight as of today, 234 ...still have a long ways to go but figured what the hell, none of us are 110 pounds obviously. Besides, I've realized I shouldn't be embarrassed of my weight unless I do nothing about it and just let it go out of control...right? Right!
By the way, I'm 21 years old and 5'5".

Wow fantastic progress!! Congratulations on the weight loss so far and good luck to reaching you target!!

Congratulations! You are about the same as me (I'm 5'5" 21 years old, and 240lbs at the moment). You should do some face pictures because I know for me that is the first place you can really see a difference. You can definitely tell a transformation over all, though!

Thanks so much guys! I've been a member of this site for awhile now but never posted anything. Although I always check everyone's progress and what not. I like how everyone here supports one another, which is why I'm so drawn to it , and finally got the courage to post pictures of myself. I found some better face pictures, not sure of my weight in the first one but it was taken on my 20th birthday when I was drinking a ton of beer so I'm sure I was around my heaviest. The second was taken not too long ago. Thanks for the support ladies and gents!

Great job on losing the first 31 lbs! I look forward to seeing you progress toward your goal.

I just noticed your post on losing 70 pounds, which is awesome. Also, I saw that you are started with Atkins and are now on a low glycemic index lifestyle. Is there a difference? Just wondering because my weight loss is due to Atkins (and exercise) and I actually really like it. Although, everyone assumes people following the Atkins lifestyle are eating nothing but cheese and steak haha
Just curious about what the differences are.
