Already?!?

Ok, today was the first day of my diet and i excercised for over a half hour....very intense....i ate good and then ate from taco bell....wow, already, i only had 500 calories before ii ate tace bell, so i prolly didnt go over 1500....i hope....hmmm, already discouraged, but gonna try to keep goin!!! Support will be appreciated~!! Thanks~

Ya, the best thing is to take it day by day and that goes for everything in life not just weight loss.
 
meal by meal if you have to... and if you pre-plan as much as possible.. you will find that you can enjoy taco bell (if you actually do enjoy taco bell) and other places... Educate yourself as to what are the good choices on their menu (they do have their nutrition info on their website, I believe)

Everyone is going to have setbacks... just pick yourself up and keep going with the next meal - don't use a possible setback as an excuse to throw away the entire day.

just paln around what you ate and that way you can have the taco with out feeling so bad about it and drink plnty of water and xercise which you have down pat grewat job there
 
YAY! Day 2

Well, i got up at 5:20 this morning inistead of 5:00 and excercised until 6:00 or a lil later, took a shower, parked the farthest away from school i could, walked, got out of school, went to bank and grocery store and actually walked extra at the grocery store, hope to get some of the gazelle in tonight. I have not cheated today i have done very well, i can't wait to see next week's results, im so excited!!! Weigh in is Tuesday mornin, i kno its an off day, but hey, it was better than waitin for the weekend to start! Thanks for the support!
