Already thin, how do I make my stomach look better?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and to weight training and could use some help. All of my current and past fitness efforts have been related to running, yoga, and dance, so I'm a newbie when it comes to weight training.

I'm a 22 year old female, 119 lbs and 5'6". I've been measured at 18% body fat. My problem is that I carry all of my weight on my stomach. I feel that I am already quite thin, on the lower end of the scale for my height and body frame, so I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to try to lose more fat. For an idea of how my stomach is, my waist is 27" but my roll of fat under my belly button is 32.5 " My bust is 36" and my hips are 34" for a frame of reference.

What types of exercises should I be doing to pull my waist in tighter and create a flatter and more toned look in spite of the extra fat there? I'm an exotic dancer, and my body is integral to my business, so any help offered is much appreciated. Thank you!
