Hi everyone! I'm new here. I recently lost 90 lbs (from 220 to 130) and I've learned a lot from it. So many people I know have told me that I'm an inspiration because I not only lost all of that weight, but I did so in a very healthy way. My goal, while here, is to help others to lose their excess weight in a healthy way as well. The best thing about losing the weight wasn't how small I became (though that's absolutely wonderful!). It's how healthy I feel. I have more energy to do things, my immune system has improved, certain physical tasks are much easier, and my health isn't in jeopardy like it had been.
I want to support the men and women who are here in any way I can. I can give you recipes for healthy and yummy food, I can give advice for lifestyle changes, and I can share what I've learned about nutrition along the way. I'm not a doctor or nutritionist, and I'll mention that a lot while on here. The advice I give is based off of what I experienced and learned while losing weight, and what I've learned since then.
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell I guess.
