I'm 2 pounds away from my goal weight of 140 pounds. I've been eating with a deficit for the past few weeks, and I think it's time to up my caloric intake. I have one question though. How do you know when to stop eating with a deficit?

Age 17 Male

Billy Blank's Boot Camp 3-4 times a week (35-55 minutes)
5' 8"
Been eating 1800 calories
