Almost there - 209 to 174

Started at 210 at new years, took these pics 1/14 at 209, took these tonight, 3/27, down to 174.5

Going for 170

So far so good - weight lost, now time to work on some muscles!
 
Congrats with the weight loss. Damn impressive and you're looking good. :D The after "guns" pic.... is definitely my favorite. haha!

Great progress! Depending on your goals, and it sounds like this is the plan, it's definitely time to hit the weights. Have you been lifting while you've been losing?

Also, you might want to work on some muscular imbalances. Check out this article.
 
i've always been a bit of a wimp on the muscle front

i don't lift at all right now

when i do i can make my arms big and my legs huge but have a much tougher time w/my chest

i'm in the early stages of marathon training now, just running about 22 miles a week but will be gradually brining that up to 50-60 by mid summer

will be doing some weight x-training along with the marathon program!
 
Looks like you have ZERO loose skin.

That's awesome. Great job. I'd like to hit around 170 myself.
