Hi.
It's been a while since i've been here, but i always remember this forum and good advice i've been given here and as a part of my "journey".
Anyway, im almost at my goal weight( i actually already pass my initial goal, so im happy about that and i in the middle of my weight loss i thought i could get 6 lb less, so im getting there...) but im having somewhat of a problem. Right now im 4 lb to the "second" goal i've set but i right now the body changes and the measurements seem a little to high for my weight and i don't think this last 4 lb will make much difference. I mean, i can still go maybe other 4 lb less( so 8 lb from what i am now) but lower than that i will give me a low bmi and probably just isn't healthy.
Right now im 136 lb and im 5'4. I do have to say that i don't go to the gym(i want to for a while but im still not comfortable there and i wanted to go after my weight loss so i gain some weight but from muscle) and lately have been having the time, or sometimes just the mood, to work out. I do go for some longer walks if that counts for anything, but at least it makes me relaxed. Could the lack of exercise explain the measurements or will the 4 lb(max 8lb) make the difference?

I just noticed that i didn't posted this on the section i wanted and it was probably the most suitable( on "the club"). If any administrator thinks it's better there and can move it there i would appreciate it. Thanks and sorry for the confusion
