I went from 260 - 210 by exercise and diet. (3months)
210-174 doing herbalife and diet(2 months)
Stopped for a year and a half, stayed the same until few months ago and went up to 187 in something like 2 weeks cause i ate lie pig with stress from an op and family illness.
So there 4 weeks ago i decided enough and was gonna go as far as goal , time to face my demons regarding eating to feel better yet end up feeling worse. Now i'm doing it through diet and exercise and also training to be a sports consultant. Thats for me to teach myself and maybe down the line i might decide to do something with the qualification, maybe not.
Thanks kumty. I dont see anythign nice when i look in the mirror still so i'm hoping when i get to 133 (and i dont want to go any lower than that) i will finally look in the mirror and think ok you're alright. Regarding tummy tuck, i certainly could do with one i think but i'm going to exercise for two years and see if anything tones up any bit, i won't know till goal if theres fat or skin lol. That fails, after i have kids down the line maybe i will get a tuck if needed.
